Need to Update Your Consent Header Information?
Follow the steps below to review and update your consent header information:

Save or print these instructions, then log in to iMedConsent.

In the upper-left corner of the window, click your username
(for example, "iMedConsent Solution for ...").

Review and update any incorrect information.

Click Save to apply your changes.

If no changes are needed, click Home in the upper-right corner
to return to the main iMedConsent page.
